Glendene Avenue

This project aimed to stabilize the slope next to the stream, prevent landslides, and protect the stream ecosystem. When we arrived the owner had lost their garage into the stream, we sent a digger down the slope to recover this and any of the belongings we could salvage.

We handled the council building consent process from design through to code compliance (CCC).

Environmental protection was very important on this site and the team carried it out with the utmost care. Not a single council infringement was issued, which is a testament to the planning involved.
